If you are a buyer and wish to place a job opportunity on bids and tenders board you shall contact directly BELLA management team to upload your needs on bids board. Anyone could be a buyer, either a BELLA business member or any RLC user. You will find here an updated platform to place your tender and bid as to find a relevant supplier to bid and get the job opportunity.
