Management Board

Once per month, Simoni (owner) and Managers perform the Management Meetings, design and follow up, full supervision of whole operations (emergent or ad hoc meetings are possible upon situations). One member of the Managing Board (MB) is selected circulated to admin them (invites, agenda, follow up and making meeting minutes.  In the M.B. participate all Managers and Assistant ones.

5-star "Honored Noir Ladies"

They are Custodians of Noir Palace operations. 5 years of non stop collaborative work offer in the Noir Palace are able to follow up and provide consultative their views. 

Managing Advisor

Supporting whole operations upon the decisions taken by the M.B, the 5- star ladies views and the Managers.

HR Manager

1. HR Management (Hires, Training I, II, III, upgrade, downgrade) proposal to M. B.
2. HR Problem solving, coflicts, communication regularly with ladies, surveys responsible
3. Parties hostess by case, Support mission3 operation
4. Forums moderator (ladies mostly)
5. Daily Presence in Noir Palace GROUP
6. Supervising and deligating roles to Assistant Managers.
7. Ensure chair placement, answer questions, resolve any conflicts with ladies

Operations Manager

1. Members Relations Management (day to day or regular contact, processes for new members)
2. Problem solving members, Survey members satisfaction analysis
3. Parties hostess by case, Masquerade party hostess. Support mission3 operation
4. Forums moderator (parties posts, members boost for use)
5. Daily Presence in Noir Palace GROUP 
6. Supervising and deligating roles to Assistant Managers. Supervising the Arts Assistant Manager.

7. Ensure chair placement, answer questions, resolve any conflicts with members

Quality Assurance Manager

1. Ensure that what is stated, written or decided is implemented.

2. Processes design and performance management.

3. Ensure that duties, roles and projects are done.

4. Encourage members and ladies effort to complaining and inform the Managing Advisor or the Owner.

Liaison Manager

1. Provide the liaison between Noir Palace and other organisations in the Noir GROUP (BELLA City, Passions)

2. Provide the liaison beetween Noir Palace and external organisations to Noir within or outside RLC.
