IS something I wanted to write and comment and share
The work of a lady of Noir: how is it calibrated, how is it understood, how is it judged?
Imagine a lady of Noir who uses her time, her work in trying to make a new member or that an old member returns to Noir. That person, possible new member, accepts that lady because with her it feels good. Also imagine that that lady of Noir is encouraged to do so. The days go by and the work of the Lady of Noir achieves its fruits because the future member indicates that she will become a member on a very specific day. The Lady of Noir happy explains it. But the day comes and the future member first gets in touch with the lady, but she is in session at that time and cannot attend to him, but she is glad that he has come and with much diplomacy reminds her of her commitment.
After a while and before going to rest, the lady wants to check if he has indeed renewed her membership.
And indeed he is a new member, but he has done it through another lady. Lady who in principle had not worked on it but was at the right time and at the right moment. My question is how does the lady of noir feel?
Happy because in the end she is one more member to noir?
Disappointed because she sees how her work in the end gets the benefit of another lady?
Doubly disappointed because her work not only benefits another lady but also was known by the hierarchy
I would like to know the opinion of the ladies of Noir I think it is an important issue
And I want to add something else first. That member came to Noir 24 hours later. He received a greeting from the ladies (including the one from the lady who made him a member) and approached the lady of noir, but she was a little cold and also had pending a session. But no lady tried to attend him except one who danced a little with him.
And my other question is the lady of noir who gets a new member or regains an old member, shouldn't she follow up and take care at least in a more intense way?
It would be nice to be able to speak freely about all this
