I love cooking but I never keep track of my recipes. I add spices as I taste, I marinate depending on how I feel and I use a thermostat to make sure the meat is at the right temperature. Of course I do béchamel and buttered vegetables but for real good croissants and pastries I buy it.... If you have any idea or want my opinion on a plate I will gladly help...ho and never forget a good glass of wine!
