I had been booted from the game on arriving at Florence Villa, Paris and a couple of other places, not just NOIR properties. The cure for this was to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game client. I hope this helps

One way to avoid BM is to clear your temp files. just type %temp% in the box in the bottom left corner and the directory will popup... delete all files, some may not bot it s ok. Repeat once login RLC.
Indeed it helps, else properties owners shall identify within their "editor" some scripts which block windows system (these scripts start with "copycash.."). I have been taught by a tech volunteer to fix those scripts however when they are a few hundreds to check by each property this process does not assure full success.
